If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns.
We accept online returns of regular price, unworn/unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within a 30 day calendar from the date of delivery. Sale items, including any previously discounted items or items purchased with a promo code are considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or online gift card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items purchased through 3rd party stockists must be returned or exchanged at the retailer in which it was purchased.
Returning by Mail
For returns, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will have a prepaid return label emailed to you. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
For all exchange inquiry, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will place a new order and waive your Shipping and Handling fees for the new merchandise.
